We are the data controller for the personal information you share with us through this website.

When you place an order or claim a complimentary scented ribbon, we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, delivery address, and what you ordered.

Payment details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card numbers.

We also keep a small record in your browser (your shopping cart) so your items are still there when you return. This stays on your own device.

We use your information to process and deliver your order, send your order confirmation, answer your questions, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Only the partners needed to run the store: Stripe (payments), our delivery partners (to bring your order to you), and our website hosting provider. Each handles your information only for the service they provide to us.

Order records are kept for as long as UK tax and accounting rules require (usually six years). Ribbon claims are kept while we need them to manage the offer. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal requirements.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@fasllondon.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
